Tiny workers, big results!

For the launch of Kiehl’s refreshed Rare Earth collection, boundary-pushing artist Leilanni Todd (aka Floam World (opens in new tab)) brought the skincare to life like never before. Renowned for her surreal and absurd storytelling, Leilanni fused hyperreal AI-generated art, 3D modeling, and live-action footage to create a piece of content that doesn’t just describe what Rare Earth products do for your skin — it actually shows it in vivid, unforgettable detail.

In the first film, we see a woman in the midst of her skincare routine - she is watering plants at home with the Rare Earth Clay Mask on. But when we hyperzoom into her face, the real action begins; tiny face-landscapers with shovels and gloves are hard at work clearing out excess dirt and oil, visualizing the power of the mask in a fun and surprising way.

The second film takes us forward in her day. As she applies the Rare Earth Pore Tightener while picking out an outfit, we hyperzoom back into her face, this time to reveal scaffolding and tiny renovators tightening her pores from the inside out.

Across both videos, the “Pore Patrol” turns mundane routines into playful moments, helping Kiehl’s stand out to new audiences while reminding loyal fans that their favorite products are even better now.
